Chef Jack Tsai’s passion for food began in the heart of his Taiwanese family kitchen, when he helped his mum and aunties prepare traditional dishes like noodles, dumplings, and stews. Thats where the fragrance of ginger, spring onion, garlic, spices, and the warmth of home cooking left a lasting mark on his palate.
After over a decade working in Michelin starred restaurants overseas and hatted restaurants in Australia, Jack was driven to create something that would blend global technique with the comfort of tradition that could be easily accessible by everyone.
That’s when Uncle Tsai was born.
